The events will be ticketed and hosted within a fenced arena within the park.
The music curfew for each show is 22:30.
The concert will be using the North West area of Wythenshawe Park. The area will have a perimeter fence installed to allow the organisers to build the concert safely.
The area of the park used for the concerts will be fenced off for the build, live and load out of from 10th August – 5th September.
There will be an increased number of people and vehicles in the area on show days. The organisers have worked with Transport for Greater Manchester and Manchester City Council to produce a robust traffic plan.
Traffic Orders will be in place on the roads surrounding the park and resident parking only signage will be install. Manchester City Council have enforcement officers in the area around the park from 10:00 across the weekend and a tow truck will be in operation.
All customers have been informed that parking on residential streets is prohibited.
A new customer shuttle bus will be operating on all concert days on Palatine Rd in Northenden. The bus operation has been designed by Transport for Greater Manchester (TFGM) to get concert customers away from the area as quickly as possible. TFGM and Greater Manchester Police (GMP) staff will manage the operation. Portable toilets and fencing will be in place and the area will be cleaned by litter pickers and the jetwash team as required.
When customers arrive at the concerts, buses will drop them off on Palatine Road outside Parkway House between the following times:
When customers are leaving the concerts, buses will depart from 22:00, on a load and go basis, until the area is clear of event goers.
Cycling to the concert is encouraged, there is a secure bike park, which has security and CCTV. There are a limited number of concert car park spaces inside the park, all tickets must be bought in advance.
The roads shown on the map in red will be closed on all concert days from 21:30 – 01:00. Affected roads:
We understand road closures can be inconvenient, but please always follow instructions from stewards as they are there to keep traffic and pedestrians safe. Closures will always be lifted as soon as it is safe to do so.

All bus routes will run as normal.
A limited number of tickets have been reserved for each concert, for those living in close proximity to the park, including shows that are otherwise sold out.

The Metrolink service is likely to be busier than usual travelling to the park between 14:00 and 20:00 and travelling to Manchester between 22:00 and 00:00, during these times there is an enhanced tram service around Wythenshawe Park.
Wythenshawe Road + Baguley tram stop will be closed from 21:00
The event works with a specialist noise consultant to monitor sound levels and ensure this stays within the agreed licence conditions. The noise team continuously monitor the sound levels during the concerts in a series of locations outside the park. They can also attend to monitor at resident’s homes (they would do this outside the address) if someone reports an issue. This can be requested at the time via the resident phoneline or by emailing – contact details are at the bottom of this page.
The times below indicate when amplified noise may be audible from the park. Sound and system checks will take place before performances; however, noise will not be continuous throughout the periods shown. Noise levels may be louder when artists are sound checking. Sound testing will always be kept to the minimum necessary for the event. There may be SFX at the end of each concert at approximately 22:25.

The organisers have a dedicated team, who will focus on litter picking not only within the concert arena, but the wider park and the roads surrounding the park; with a particular focus on Moor Road, Wythenshawe Road and Northenden Village.
