Big Green Coach is delighted to be the offering official carbon neutral coach travel to Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds at Wythenshawe Park on August 26th 2023.

All our coaches to this gig will be CARBON NEUTRAL.

There are limited number of parking spaces on site, these are available to buy now HERE.

There are no on the day car park tickets, all tickets must be bought in advance. There is no parking permitted on the residential streets around the park.

Please follow the yellow event signage to the concert car park, the entrance to the car park is off Altrincham Road, vehicles can only access the car park by turning left from Altrincham Road.

Parking restrictions are in place on the roads around Wythenshawe park. Parking is not permitted on the residential roads around the park, unauthorised parked vehicles may be towed.

The closest tram stop to Wythenshawe Park is Moor Road (What 3 Words ///work.bulb.early), which is on the Airport line.

From the stop it is then just a ten-minute walk via Altrincham Road to the park entrance.

Services will operate every seven and half minutes to the park both before and after the event.

To allow for the safe management of crowds post-event, both Wythenshawe Park and Baguley tram stops will be closed after 9pm.

Please use Moor Road which will be signposted from inside the park.
Before travelling on the tram you will need to purchase a ticket either by buying one at the ticket machines or by using contactless – just touch-in at the start and then out at the end of you journey using the on-stop machines.

There is a secure cycle park outside of Wythenshawe Hall, with bike battery charging facilities, security and CCTV. If you are going to ride to site, remember to bring a bike lock, pack bike lights and wear a helmet. Please do not drink and ride.

The Sale pick up location is Ashfield Road, M33 7DY (What3Words ///chair.sketch.choice). The Sale shuttle will start on Ashfield Road and make an additional stop in Sale, closer to the town centre and Metrolink stop, (W3W ///organ.mutral.method).

The City Centre pick up location is Travis Street, M1 2NG (W3W ///head.depend.city).

Shuttle bus users will alight at Moor Road, (What3Words ///split.squad.effort) which is a short walk onto site via Altrincham Road.

The LED screen, will label the bus at “Wythenshawe Concert”.

When leaving the concert, the shuttle bus pick up location will be on Moor Road (What 3 Words ///flown.major.club) this will be sign posted from inside the park. All buses will go to the city centre via Sale. 

The city centre drop off will be on Travis Street.

Both Sale and City Centre buses run TO the festival from 16:00-20:00. They run FROM the festival from 22:00-01:00. They are £3.50 for a single fare.

If travelling into Manchester by rail, you can then transfer to tram to complete your journey to the venue.

From Manchester Piccadilly take a tram to St Peter’s Square and then transfer on to the Airport line for trams to Moor Road (approximately 40 minutes).

From Manchester Victoria you can take a direct tram on the Airport line to Moor Road (approximately 35 minutes).

From Manchester Airport Station you can take a direct tram on the Airport line to Moor Road (approximately 25 minutes).

Lots of events are taking place in Manchester City Centre over the bank holiday weekend. If you are travelling from the south of the city to Manchester by train, it will be quicker to alight at Manchester Airport and then take a tram to Moor Road.

There is a Pick Up and Drop off area within Wythenshawe Park, please ensure your driver follows the yellow event signage to the “PUDO”, M23 0AB.

If you are being dropped off or picked up, including by a taxi, please follow the yellow event signage to the north of the site, the PUDO area is off Wythenshawe Road, M23 0AB (What3Words ///enter.oasis.files)

The accessible parking is on the north side of the park, via Wythenshawe Road. M23 0AB (What3Words ///enter.oasis.files). Please remember your blue badge.

If you have to drive, did you know that there are Park and Ride sites in Greater Manchester, where you can park your car for free and hop on the tram to your destination?

The nearest Park and Ride sites to Wythenshawe Park are:
- Sale Water Park (285 spaces, 16 disabled spaces)
- East Didsbury (278 spaces, 18 disabled spaces)

If you park at Sale Water Park, you can take the tram directly to Moor Road in less than 10 minutes.

If you park at East Didsbury, take the tram to St Werburgh’s Road and then transfer to the Airport line for Moor Road.
